Banned in 43 Countries

Banned in 43 Countries is an ongoing passion project that started around 2021. It is a D-I-Y clothing brand that is a collaborative effort between myself and my friends from school. We attend local art markets around town to sell our shirts and make friends with other vendors. We just started our womenswear line and are launching a zine soon. When I'm not too busy designing original tees, I'll sometimes be lucky enough to to make some for a local band. The shirts in images 3-5 were designed for the Austin-based band Artificial Death. I’m friends with one of the members, who sent me a few demos for inspiration. The songs Beautiful Machine and Chameleon became the basis for my designs. Since I worked on the shirts while they were finishing the album, we were able to roll out the merchandise alongside the album release. I also created the logo featured on the shirts using collage and hand-done techniques.
